Elaine Coyne Galleries Unique Finishes

Elaine Coyne Galleries began experimenting with unusual finishes in the early 80s and developed the use of a vedrigris patina (varied greens) over brass, then moved on to gunmetal (grey black with shine, looks especially good on redheads). A later addition was white patina (great for winter whites, and off white summer neutrals); and finally the earth patina over brass evolved in response to the expresso browns and earthy looks so prominate in the America closet. Unique finishes are produced with secret formulas and are only available through EC representatives. (back)
